Super Mario Odyssey promises to be a massive game filled with different kingdoms, and Nintendo still has to show most of them. A new artwork that has been made available recently seems to hint at one of these yet to be shown kingdom.
A few hours ago, the Super Mario Odyssey Japanese Twitter profile shared a brand new artwork which shows Mario exploring an underwater location.

New Super Mario Odyssey gameplay footage has been made available last month during the San Diego Comic Con. The footage gives us another look at New Donk City.
Last month, our own Dave had the chance to take a look at the game, noting how the game has the potential to be one of the best Super Mario games ever released.
Super Mario Odyssey is thus far filling out to be one of the best Mario games ever – I could nitpick that, for example, the resolution doesn’t seem to be particularly high, but then, the game is aiming for a (mostly) stable 60FPS, which is a lot better than increased pixel density anyway. Assuming Super Mario Odyssey’s quality keeps up throughout, this will be an essential Switch title, and, just perhaps, one of the greatest Mario games of all time.
Super Mario Odyssey launches on Nintendo Switch in all regions on October 27th.
